The Battle

Just hit note number 60 on this phone and I’m wondering why I’m nervous, nunchuck seminar tomorrow amongst the rest of the black belts. Yep, there it is. Constantly writing about lust and how I go through this cycle of fighting and avoiding, while I’m just praying to God to give me strength to get through another day, knowing fine women are always coming my way. Media is no longer the same, yet neither is my mindset dealing with temptation until nights end. I’m just trying to do what Jesus Christ wants from me, until the death of the flesh arrives and it’s just me and Him. Me and Jesus, whose soul is already inside of my mine knowing I have resurrection power deep inside, so that Isaiah 54:17 takes place “No weapon formed against me shall prosper”! Yes a beautiful woman who is not mine mixed with my eyes looking at her makes this soul cry inside, while I feed into the fleshes delight. I know I have the power to look away. Easier said than done, cliché but true. Hoping no one is watching I just want to take a quick peak, but I must resist the evil inside of me to make this test turn into a testimony. I can help deliver someone else through. Like it or not this is true, if you struggle with this too don’t hide out like some kittens in a tiny box. I’m just trying to reach out to you and you too, so treat that lady right she is a daughter of Christ not A Street Car Named Desire.

I just want someone to be changed by this poem and realize they can overcome anything with Jesus on their side.
