The Battle

I feel a disturbance,

a pain in my soul,

a different opinion,

than one of my own,

we argue about it,

we fight to no end,

we're so mad about it,

we're no longer friends,

but were we ever really close,

or was i an inconvience,

because everytime you speak,

i feel you don't mean it,

Why must you scoff,

why don't you just leave,

but truth be told you can't,

because you're the voice inside me.
