Battle Scars

I dont want the scars

to represent the weakeness

I aquired.

I dont want them

to be a false representation.

They do not define

who I am.

They should not tell you

how weak or how strong I am.

They are only a result:

a reminder.

The effect of a cause,

you'll never know.
