Battlefield

This is a battlefield

The fire is burning

Smoke is rising

I'm fighting to save myself

I'm my own armor

I'm just lost in this crazy world

I've been given freedom to fly

But I'm getting pulled down

By my own struggles

This battlefield

Is starting a new battle

Can't we just put down our weapons

I'm sinking inside

I don't want to fight anymore

This battlefield

Tore me apart

The fire from tongues of liars

Making the fire rise higher

We're all stronger then we believe

We may be dying inside

But we smile on the outside

This battlefield

Is burning to ashes
