To Be Heard

Location

To speak my voice is to let my words ring out into the air, reverberating through every corner.

But when I speak my voice, I want to be heard. Because to be heard gives a feeling of importance that can never be felt when words fall upon unattentiveness. When your words are overlooked and brushed away like buzzing gnats, you start to close up, you stop believing. Soon you forget what your own voice sounds like.
