Be Honest To Yourself

When you've fallen in love, how do you escape? When all your choices are made by fate? If you wait to long, the one you've been waiting for will be gone. So follow your heart, And try to say how you feel. Otherwise the one thing you dream, Will never be real.

I like basketball, playing it and watching it. I love music. I play 3 instruments.

Your rhyme and meter here changes a few times which is a "do" in modern rhyme (so I've read). I'm not much of a poetry critic but I'd actually like to see you maintain maybe two of these patterns and then expand on the poem. I love the fact that your poems are short...not a fan of long drawn out poetry, but I think you can add more here. I think you just scratched the surface with this one -so good job leaving me wanting more!

MC
