To be a Leader

A leader is not a king or tyrant.

A leader is a teacher

A leader is a giver and at times a preacher.

A leader doesn't love women bodies.

A leader loves women respect.

A leader is a hero to the needy

A leader treats his followers equally.

A leader is not the bringer of destruction

for if he was, the world would not function.

A leader is known not for his anger but his mind.

A leader may not be Jesus, but can find

a cure to save the blind.

A leader uses togetherness to help the people,

who are hopeless,

out of the darkness of the Devil's night,

into the world's bright

and beautiful light.

A leader may not like hate

but he is not a Saint.

A leader must master the ability

to learn from his mistakes.

A leader should not see a person's color,

but what they are as human beings.

A leader is not a king,

but a server to his community,

and a revolutionary in the society.
