To Be Me
In the most plain way, I am too much.
I eat too much,
I read too much,
I worry too much,
I fall in love too much.
In the most honest way, I am not much.
I don't talk much,
I don't feel much,
I don't care much,
I don't like much.
On my own, with no filter, I am a mess.
I have a limited range of emotions, so I care about few things.
I have too many books to properly count, so my imagination is too big.
I listen to too much music, so nothing is lost on me.
I listen to too many stories, so I don't know what to believe.
In the easiest way to explain, without any filter, or layer of sugar, or dramatic ending,
I am more.
