Be my comfort

I went hiding in your arms
In hopes that I'd never be alone again
But I forgot that even arms get tired once in a while
And need to let go
But my arms must have been stronger
Because I stayed holding on to you tighter than an untieable knot
And I found warmth in your presence
Please just give me your pinky
You don't need to find me a resting place
But just promise you'll always be my comforting brace

-m.c.-

(I'm not asking you to love me, but please just never leave me)
