Be my Panda
The way a little kid glances at a toy Is the way I look at you. The boy at a remote control car with the look of joy The girl at the doll not looking away, eyes on it like glue They want to scream and shout Until they have it in their grasp They look to the left They look to the right They think of theft They want to put up a fight They see it as beauty. It is truly. You are my toy. Don't let that figure trick you, it's only a speech decoy You are my panda Take me by the hand and be the toy I am proud to flaunt One of a kind you are to me, come and be my taunt They will not have you, in my arms you'll be Smile on your face full of grace Lights up the room with glee Your laugh leaving behind a trace Of your presence. Adding so much excitement, leaving my heart in a race.
