Be not weak

For even a week

Be strong

And sing a song

From time to time

Can you hear

The wind chime

Dear?

Listen carefully

Sit back and gently

Relax like a lily

Have no fear

Ignore the deer

Be strong

And sing a song

For the entire week

So you won’t get sick

It helps to exercise

To have bigger muscle size

To be faster and sharper

Like a boxing contender

You will be really quick

And never be weak.
