Be Strong

Dear me,

BE STRONG.

I am my own anxiety

I create my own fear

Afraid of making mistakes I confined myelf

Afraid of looking at my reflection I neglect myself

But just like the storm comes before the calm, my self acceptance came after my dissaproval

I will take this time to learn to love myself

Be strong and conquer your fears

Be strong and overcome your anxiety

Be strong and accept yourself for who you are
