I'm good at listening to others,

but I'm not good at keeping my mouth shut.

I used to be the quiet girl in the back of the room,

but now I'm an outgoing teen of seventeen.

I believe that people can change it they want.

I don't believe you can force a person to change.

If you attempt to change who I am,

then I'll be as stubborn as a mule.

I admire when people just let others be who they are.

I don't respect how everyone tries to change to be noticed or liked.
