Be Yourself
The best advice I can give you dear girl:
is to be you.
You are a shiny new pearl,
just waiting to break through.
The world is just waiting to be explored,
so many new things to try,
but one thing you can’t afford,
is to let your true self die.
So many people will try to change you,
but you have to push ahead,
don’t let them get the best of you,
that is something you will dread.
Surround yourself with strong friends,
and take care of each other.
so you can amend,
and restore one another.
Keep the people, who aid,
push away the ones who hold you back.
Be careful of the ones, who persuade,
seek the ones who have your back.
No matter what, one thing is true,
you will find who you are meant to be
and you will always be the best you
just make everyone else see.
