The Beach

A place that brings peace to the soul

it's alive from sunrise to sundown

basking all day in the sol,

where the sun is it's crown.

The pale, white sand

compliments the foamy, blue ocean,

this sight is quite grand.

It's salty, warm air is like a sweet potion,

that let's the mind escape to paradise.

The sun's reflection on the water produces a bright glow,

but as the night draws the moon to rise

all the hidden creatures start to show.

The beach is a mystery

it's been living, breathing all throughout history.

But one thing is for sure,

it's a gift from God to cure

the hungry hearts and minds

into a land of no other kinds.
