A Beam Of Light
Stuck in a shadow
peeking out
trapped inside
because of doubt
longing for
a ray of sun
or one small reason
not to run
at the darkest hour
there, it appeared
a beam of light
destroying all fear
coming out
for all to see
she showed the world
who she could be
