Bear Witness

Words flow from the blood that has Spilled:

come now, come all, come lay to rest.

Words, seek us to be fulfilled.

Come; be his anointed guest.

Found ourselves in a foreign land,

alone. You who sits by their fire,

warm, the sun kisses your hand.

Warm, as funeral’s scalding pires.

Lost is the man, who,

now has no daughter.

Words ward no blue.

Come be our fodder.

Words whom:

carry power,

carry doom,

And Bloody Flowers.

Now:

may we all rest under shields

on our chosen coast

as a burdened host

laying in elyssian fields.
