Bearer of Solace

He rides his golden chariot

from one side of my living room to the other,

He pets my dog and leaves glitter on his head,

He doesn't fight unless it's worth it

He doesn't cheat unless he must.

Graciously he answers my prayers

I copy his homework and get all the answers right

All he asks is that he can pet my dog again

and continue to carry the sun for me.
