The Beast On The Beach
Timothy Burdick sits underneath the midnight sky.
With the sand underneath his thigh.
Timothy can hear the waves crashing down in the ocean,
And the sand moving with the wind in slow motion.
Timothy loved the beach,
But unfortunately Timothy was a selfish man.
He only cared for his own plan.
Timothy always gave a speech
Of his greatness.
Timothy spots a figure in the distance.
This figure was struggling to walk,
So Timothy goes over to give the figure some assistance.
The figure tries to talk,
But only gibberish comes out.
Timothy approaches the figure,
But it is no figure it is a beast.
All Timothy could do is shout.
Timothy runs away in fear.
He reaches his original position.
And grabs all of his gear,
But the beast was on a mission.
Timothy dashed,
But ran straight into the beast.
The beast said “I do not mean to make you my feast.”
I am simply a man.
A man by the name of Timothy Burdick.
The beast told Timothy that he had to get a rid of his selfish ways,
Or he will die alone with the only thing that would ever love him the beach.
Suddenly the beast disappeared with the ocean spray.
Timothy did not get a rid of his selfish ways.
And over time Timothy turned into the beast on the beach.
As the beast worsened even the beach would not stay.
Timothy was no longer loved by his precious home.
Timothy Burdick is the beast on the beach.
And he continues to search for his old self.
That the beast meant with years ago,
But Timothy Burdick is dead.
