The Beat

Do you heart it?

The rustles of the street.

The crime and the rhythm of the beat.

Can you smell it?

The best, worst and the better.

Rain, sleet, or snow of the weather.

I can see it?

Hondrea Pickett as a reporter  on the news.

Updating and reporting the streets blues.

On internship can make this true.

Working everyday for a news crew.

It can be reporting, writing, or even the teleprompter maybe.

That can make this dream a little less hazy.

I learn fast and will work day and night.

Because not working in television is a terrible plight.
