Beautiful

I am the essence of stupidity without the grades to match,

I'm terrible at dancing, but I can throw and catch.

I can't talk in front of people, but I can sing up on a stage.

I'm a bubbly personality hidden inside a cage.

I don't have a favorite song unless I can hear one now.

I'm probably skinny but my mirror shows a cow.

My self confidence is high unless you look inside

and see the little girl who's just about to cry.

When you ask me who I am, I'll say my simple name

the only thing about me that seems to stay the same.

I'm a confused girl with a butterfly soul,

but deep down inside I am beautiful.
