Beautiful

"If my misfortune brings you your happiness, then by all means allow me to be unhappy. "

"But even as I hold you dear, once you no longer feel happy, I will let go of your hand so that you may find yourself again. "

"It's a beautiful pain

Letting you go

I have to kill myself inside

Swallow my tears

And put on a smiling mask. "

"I want to be happy.

I want you to be happy.

I look in the mirror and tell myself to let go of the past, to let go of the pain.

It was beautiful.

But keeping this side of me just makes me beautiful...

a beautiful liar."

"Go away before I kill your spirit.

Go away before I bring you pain.

Just go

Away..

Because even though I hold you dear,

I will let you live a life apart from mine.

Your beauty is my pain, but at least you continue to be beautiful."

"I look in the mirror and tell myself to let go of the past, to let go of the pain.

It was beautiful.

But keeping this side of me just makes me beautiful...

a beautiful liar."
