Beautiful

This story starts off as a young girl , at the ripe age of 17, and she decided to look in the mirror, in the nude.

and at this point in this young girl's life , she was battling depression, anxiety and self-harming.

So when she looked in the mirror all she could see was fat, then she started to get dark thoughts.

"Disgusting , ugly, fat, no one could ever love a disgusting fat girl like you" etc. these thoughts just heighten her anxiety.

and that wasn't good for anyone. So she decided to do something about it, she started to eat less and less everyday and soon she didn't eat anything for weeks with maybe a snack or two inbetween but all she did was drink water. She lost a lot of weight, and i mean A LOT. She didn't have any energy , she couldn't even go up 3 flights of stairs without feeling out of breath.

She was angry with herself because she thought she was weak and just gross and disgusting. So that prompt her to hurt herself even more. SO much she had no more room on her wrist.

But her friend noticed, and after a lot of agruments and discusion, the young girl of 17 finally got the help the she deserved.

She finally realized her worth and you can too!

There are many young people with this problem and it's very sad. But we can do something about it, we can try and show them that they matter and that they need the help.

all they need is friend that's willing to go the extra mile with them.

Friendship is a beautiful thing and if you don't have that type of friendship right now then let me be the one to tell you:

You are beautiful inside and out, and i don't have to see you to believe it. No matter what race, gender, sexuality or body type you have. You are beautiful in yoour own way and don't let anyone tell you different. I love you, Reader, and i want you to be happy.
