Beautiful

Looking at my reflection every morning

Never knowing what to expect

Some days I love it     some days I hate it

But one day I look inside the reflection and see someone beautiful

Someone strong

Someone brave

Someone full of life

Someone caring

Someone loving

Someone not afraid to take a stand

The inside shines to the outside

And suddenly I realize I am a beautiful person

All my flaws     all my imperfections     all my hurts

They are what made me into the beautiful individual I am

I'm proud of them

And I'm proud to be me
