Beautiful To All Else

I take a look at you And feel your beating heart I watch the things you do And admire your every part But then you deny All you have that is right Why don't you try To be honest tonight Your emerald eyes Beautiful to all else Speak of screams and cries A tongue never tells Ever listening are your ears Always open is your mind I do not understand your fears For you are only kind I pray your sleepless nights will end And with ease through life you will go For you are more of a friend Than any other who I know

I'm not good at putting my feelings into words when I speak, so I write. Sometimes I don't even know how I feel until I put pen to paper and make it rhyme.
