Beautiful Creatures

As beautiful creatures of desire, Humans do not realize their passion until We begin to come learn and admire, The relationships that make our heart still. After this strong feeling is awoken And emotions flow freely in the breeze, The heart has a tendency to get broken And knocks the dazed person on their knees. This does not keep us from trying again, However, it may take more time to mend Yet at times we wonder what might have been If we hadn't thrown passion to the wind. Our soul and spirit needs love to survive, Through friends and family to be kept alive.
