Beautiful Hot mess

You’re crying and you’re heaving

As pain rips you apart

And I can’t help thinking

Of how you do have a strong heart

Tears are gushing from your eyes

Filled with so much pain and anguish

And all I hear are your cries

So sad- I wish to vanquish

You break down into sorrow

And scream, and rage and cry

But to me you’re still the shadow

Of the girl who risked to fly

And as you tumble into darkness

All I see is your beauty

‘cause you’re a beautiful hot mess-

Even when you crumble to scree.
