A Beautiful Thing

One of the best feelings in th eowrld is falling in love with someone you never thought you had a chance with

Maybe home was nothing but two arms holding you tight when you are at your worst

You looked like heaven when I felt like the opposite.

I've met many people in my life but none of them were like you

You made me see things differently

You made me a better me

You made flowers grow in the rainy parts of me

You made me believe i was more than a pair of weak lungs

You showed me all of the life hiding in my chest that i didn't even know was there

I look in the mirror and i dont see someone who is perfect

I see someone who is broken, but you taught me that even broken things are beautiful

You held me not like i was fragile, but braille

and God, you read like no one ever could..
