Beauty and the Beast (Beast's POV)

Once Upon A Time... There was a time where I had it all I riches and glorious stuff I was handsome and tall And my features stunning and hair lush Now look at me Never in my life would I thought I'd look like this I can never be seen Add this to my hate list People will see me as a fiend Should have let that old hag in, now I have to wait for a kiss Days have past now Someone has come into my place In this place no one is allowed I watch him from afar to know his case My servants serve him tea and blanket, how foul Time to move in before he gets a taste The cell is where I'll allow I must make haste A day has gone by I hear a creak Strangers again? Doesn't the time fly I sneak out to take a peek What's this? A girl that catches my eye? Servants are taking her to the cell, well time to sneak Apparently her name is Belle I've made myself noticed by her but she can't see me in the night She wants her father's place, could she be the one? I can't tell I send her father to town and give her a room, I hope my servants are right Weeks have passed now I think she has feelings for me A ball is set for tonight, so I allow She has my heart, I am a lock and she is the key We meet, she curtsies and I bow As we dance she's all that I can see She's gone... She left out of here like a dove As graceful as a fawn My servants wonder why and I say, "Because of love.." Hours later there's a mob on my lawn Someone found me and pushes me out the window with a shove I don't care if I die, it's gone; our special bond But my ears deceive me, I look down and there she is; my beloved The stranger and I go many rounds I go to finish him but I stop myself from giving him the sack I tell him to leave and go back to town I climb the tower to where Belle is, as some stones crack I make it happy to see her but the stranger stabbed me in the background He loses balance and falls into the abyss with a thwack The pain is like fire and death is where I'm bound Darkness is getting closer Belle says that I'll be okay and fine I tell her my last words; her cheeks are more rosier My eyes shut and no longer shine I feel Belle weeping on my shoulder The darkness has taken over and I feel nothing; death has finally aligned Wait what is this feeling? I feel weightless like light I open my eyes, wait my eyes opened, was I dreaming? I've changed back to a human in rags of white My cuts are healing I turn to Belle, I must've given her a fright She recognizes me by my eyes and we kiss with meaning Everything is back to normal Belle and I are married Now I look very formal And the future will not be buried The End
