A Beauty Beneath

With scars running in her face And blood trailing her ghostly veins A Beauty beneath the shade. With hands as cold as ice And eyes that say goodbye A Beauty beneath the sky. With lips that smile And words that took her breath away A Beauty beneath the earth. How could such beauty exist beneath the pain? A Beauty beneath the shade. A Beauty beneath the sky. A Beauty beneath the earth. The ironic beauty of death.
