Beauty of bodies

I’ve damaged my body so much I forgot it was the thing that loved me the most. My body that doesn’t understand why I’m damaging it, its innocent . My body that doesn’t stop moving just to keep me alive because it loves me . I forgot to love myself.

I’m healing slowly. I think this is the best way to heal. To love yourself fully again, to understand the world better. Its like ice, you break into pieces till you fill yourself up again. Filling the broken pieces with new water, fresh water, water that feels cold to others but makes you stronger. Let me heal so I can feel alive again.

The lavender red bruises on my skin are proof that I’m alive.
