Beauty is Dead

White pearls have fallen

Red lipstick on wine glasses

Beauty is crying.

The world is spinning, out of control

Complete with arrogance and hate

Perfection is out of reach

You can only hate yourself.

I wish to be her

With perfections out of reach

You made me like this

You and your arrogant ways.

Falling, falling down

Drinking crazed and taking pills

Feeling better for a little while

But always remember the imperfections

Sex, drugs, and alcohol

How society has changed

People changed with it

White pearls have fallen

Red lipstick on wine glasses

Beauty is dead.
