THE BEAUTY OF DEATH, BEAUTEOUS TIME OF LIFE

THE BEAUTY OF DEATH, BEAUTEOUS TIME OF LIFE

The beauty of death, beauteous time of life

It is hidden from the world full of lies

Where erst philosopher’s sayings doth strife

Agony! Sorrow! Despair!- is what death cries

Fools! I say, death is beauteous among all

For here lies the silence, I care no more

With these dying leaves of autumn befall

In my grave rest, till wait again ‘bout a yore

Death is beauteous with the nightingale sings

Doth no melodies of melancholy,

Odes to write, piece to say, shall ever rings

Nor tears in sight in the mass so holy

For God I swear, begged for benignity

For I sinned in Him, long eternity
