Beauty is imperfection

Imperfections are inevitable

I used to think I could change my body

but I've come to terms that I can't.

I've learned to love myself

in ways that I never thought were possible.

Don't let society tell you what is beautiful.

To be yourself

is all that you need to be beautiful.

I am a college freshman, looking to live a happy life doing the things I love. One of my dreams is to be able to work in the environment, or to be able to conserve its natural beauty. I have always loved the outdoors, and to be able to protect the natural world, or the animals in it, would be an absolute dream.
