The Beauty in it All

I look outside, But not just to look; Something is different today, And I take closer view outside. You show me the majestic mountains, Reaching for the skies. I hear every buzz of a bee, And feel the wind softly flow over my skin But today, I do more than just feel the wind. Today, I ride on the wind, and I float on every breeze. I sail overy every open, roaring ocean. I dive into the seas. I see every hue of blue, Every shade of glistening green. I come to the surface and gulp in the air. You show me your creation, And tell me you made it with me in mind. That I am of value, And you treasure me. I breathe in your presence, And wish to never leave. To feel the warmth of your arms wrapped around me, And the peace you bring. And for the first time, I feel like I've truly seen the beauty in it all.
