The Beauty in Red and Blue

Dear America,

From the beautiful landscape,

To the bustling cities.

She is in far from poor shape,

Supporting everyone she is so busy.

She may be poor,

She may be plagued with disease.

She may be troubled with war,

But all of that can be put to ease.

She isn’t perfect,

She is pretty old.

Though She doesn’t neglect,

This beauty you must behold.

She has her ups and downs,

Shes sometimes prosperous sometimes ailing.

A certain perfection she does resound,

When she’s down she isn’t falling.

She is my dear red and blue.

Sincerely,

Mario G
