Because
Grew up in a world
that told me : life is black and white
my eyes were the windows
my judgement was the door
But how come gray seeps in
By each passing , faster than
the time to form a thought
Sometimes my world is black
So dark and lonely
But then there are rare moments where
it's so bright I can't stay still
Maybe gray is okay
A little change, running on the edge of the spectrun
But I write, read, speak
To color up my three hued world
With greens and reds and blues
