Because I don't love you

Because I love you

A phrase so dear

Because I love you

A phrase I hear

A phrase that can heal

A phrase that can hurt

I never saw how much it was worth

I rather hear a phrase a little different, one that maybe would've saved me

Because I don't love you

It would have been better

But I fell for your stupid 15 letters

And I regret it but I've learned

The truth can set you free

And I wish you would've done that for me

Because I care

Because I hurt

Because I want to hear the truth

Because I don't want to get burned

The truth: Because I don't love you

Could've saved me

But I'm here alone, waiting
