Because I love you?

Because I love you

I let you steal my first kiss

Because I love you

I truly believed that moment was bliss

Because I love you

I let you get in deeper and deeper

Not noticing the hole was getting steeper

Because I love you

I lied to myself, thinking you did things "because you love me"

Because I love you

I forgot who I was, to be engaged only on you

Because I love you

I realized, I needed to let go

It was unhealthy and unpure

All the time knowing I deserved more

Because I love you

 I fractured your heart

Do you still love me, even though I broke us apart?
