Because I Love You.
Three weeks ago, you left for a much needed extended-stay vacation,
and I was devastated.
Though I kept my shit together for you.
Because I adore you.
Two and a half weeks ago, you called me while on that
much needed extended-stay vacation,
and I was glad to hear your voice.
Though you called at one in the morning, I let you talk
for as long as you wanted to.
Because I miss you.
Two weeks ago, I was scared to call you because I thought
you'd forgotton about me on that
much needed extended-stay vacation,
and I was heartbroken.
Though, I called you anyway, because I was worried.
Because I like you.
Last week, you got home from that much needed extended-stay vacation,
and I was ecstatic.
And when I saw your face for the first time in three weeks,
I kissed you.
Because...
Because I love you.
