Because I love you...

Because I love you, I refuse to hurt you.

I refuse to let you be alone in a time of need.

Because I love you, I worry for your safety and well-being.

You hold my heart and I hold yours. You are free to do what you please with it.

Because I love you, I hate to see you sad.

You are my light and my darkness. So please do not go away.

Because I love you, I look at you as you are my world.

You are my world, my air, and my stars. So I ask you one thing.

Because I love you...Will you marry me?
