Because I Love You

Because I love you

I will listen to what you have to say

Because I love you

I will never just turn and run away

Because I love you

I will hold you when you cry

Because I love you

I will try to never tell a lie

Because I love you

I will carry your heart with me

Because I love you

I will treat and love you tenderly

Because I love you

I will do my best to be always on your side

Because I love you

From our problems I will never hide

Because I love you

I won’t take or give any abuse

Because I love you

I will not let our relationship become a noose

Because I love you

I will tell you how I feel

Because I love you

I will never ask you to come to heel

Because I love you

I still love my friends and family too

Because I love you

My life can not only involve you

Because I love you

We cannot become the same person

Because I love you

I will not let our bond become a burden

Because I love you

I will be there in the good and the bad

Because I love you

I cannot be there if our love becomes ugly and sad

Because I love you

I want us to last forever

Because I love you

I cannot promise our bond won't sever

Because I love you

These words do not excuse the world

Because I love you

I will not let our bond become broken and gnarled

Because I love you

I will be the one to walk away

Because I love you

I will not let our beautiful sky become grey

Because I love you

I tell you all of this now

Because I love you

We will try our best this I vow
