"Because I Love You"

“Because I Love You”

I have never loved

Like the way I love you

Because I Love You

Our first kiss was awkward

I was nervous, choked up

Because I Love You

I bought a home

To share with you

Because I Love You

You wanted to travel

So I took you around the world

Because I Love You

You married me

And gave birth to our kids

Because You Love Me

You cook my favorite meals

And take care of me

Because You Love Me

You ask about my day

And I ask about yours

Because We Love Each Other

I cook for you

And you cook for me

Because We Love Each Other

You buy me surprise gifts

And I take you on new adventures

Because We Love Each Other

You leave me love notes

And make me lunch

Because You Love Me

Your heart monitor stops

And I cry

Because I Love You

I visit your grave everyday

And bring your favorite flowers

Because I Have And Always Will Love You
