Because I Love You

Because I love you, you wouldn't leave me 

I wouldn't worry, you would stay since you care

Because I love you, you wouldn't hurt me 

You hurt those who would try to hurt me, you wouldn't make me cry, you would make me feel safe and protected since you do want me to be okay

Because I love you, you would have me smiling from ear to ear, thinking everything will be alright and I won't have to worry cause I'd have you, you'd have me thinking that I don't have to shed a tear about you because you won't ever do me wrong 

But, because I love you, I took you back thinking your a person, your a human, you make mistakes. I ignored the bad things you done to me, I ignored the tears I cried, the pain I felt just to make you happy, but over and over you killed my heart, stabbed it so many times you try to repair it...it can't be fixed

Because I love me 

I left, I had to, you broke my heart and now I have to fix it and keep it away from you for good. I know you say your sorry but, I can't allow you near me anymore, even though it hurts there can not be an us 

Because I love you
