Because I Love You

“Because I Love You” funny how four words can get changed from good to bad

How relationships can go from blissful to sad

Hands are meant to hold

Keeping each other warm from the cold

Hands turn to fists

And things turn into a dark abyss

Give back the true meaning of love

And maybe you’ll be given someone sent from above

Love can be so little

Yet some hearts become brittle

This is not love

Love should fit like a glove

Bright smiles and a room full of laughter

That’s the sound that should never falter
