Because I Love You

Because I love you I kiss you goodnight

I talk to you honestly

Because I love you I say goodbye

I read books I would have never read

Because I love you I can sleep knowing that you’ll always be there

I can do things that I could have never done

Because I love you I am growing into a braver person

I can step outside of my own little word

Because I love you, I know you love me
