Because I Love You

I gave you the breath of life,

I gave you peace for your strife,

I sacrificed the perfect lamb,

I gave you the knowledge of who I am,

I built you mansions made of gold,

I gave your weary soul rest when you were old,

And now you can forget the hardships you've been through,

All because I love you.
