"Because I Love You"
Everyone warned me about you
Causing me to be attracted to you more
And you didn’t know who I was
Until you caught me looking at you from across the hall
Sparks jumped around me when you caught me
Emotions bumped around in my head like a pinball machine
I knew you were different from what they said
Life with you by my side was different
Out of any other person I knew, I felt attached
Various people had told me to be careful but
Eventually they saw how we felt about each other
You then changed as months went by
Once I heard of the awful things you did, I knew they were right from the beginning
Unable to grasp onto you any longer, I let you go
