Because I love you
"Because I love you" are not just words. These words have meaning, they have value within them.
Before I fell in love with you, these words didn't run through my head. These words didn't have the same meaning.
I knew what love was. You showed me how. Do you remember? Skipping class just to see one another. We were lying in the line of the pine trees and you whispered, "You're my favorite, I love you." We were in this together, no gender roles. We both cook, we both clean, we both provide. You loved me and I couldn't help but love you more and more each day. This is how things are supposed to be. As if everything falls into place.
