Because I love you

Because I love you, I will tell you the truth, even if it will hurt you,

for lying hurts more.

Because I love you, I will let you make your own decisions,

for you are your own person.

Because I love you, I will not hold you back in any way, just so you can be with me.

Because I love you, I will rather have you happy than me because seeing you happy, makes me happy.

Love will never be a reason for shielding the truth.

Love will never be a reason for control.

Love will never be a reason to stop from pursuing goals.

And because I love you...I will only help you thrive and strive to be the best you can be.
